On Wednesday, 12 May 2010 Attorney Labinger filed suit on behalf of state, municipal, and teacher unions in Providence Superior Court.  The suit challenges the pension changes that the RI General Assembly made in 2009.

 

The suit is filed in State Court and alleges that the pension changes violate provisions of the Rhode Island Consitution.
