Local 580 to file grievance on State of Emergency Shut Down
Local 580 is in the process of filing a grievance regarding the State of Emergency Shut Down day that was declared by Governor Carcieri last Wednesay, March 31, 2010.
It is the position of the union that if workers were not allowed to go to work or were ordered to go home they should not be forced to discharge time.
