The worst part is that the Governor is trying to exploit the economic crisis and our state's budget deficit to undermine collective bargaining in Rhode Island. 

Repealing the flat tax will help restore more balance to our tax system, and allow us to preserve investments that are the foundation for a strong economy and healthy communities, including investments in our schools and higher education, health care, affordable housing, child care, and more.
